Offered in 6-week thematic series — such as balance, respiratory health, or bone strength — this accessible class provides modifications for all levels and supports you in moving with greater ease, confidence, and resilience.
What You’ll Need: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind.
1. Sign up for your class below by searching for the start date of the series you wish to attend. You can pay with a credit card OR via Venmo (@wisdomtreeyoga).
2. You’ll receive an email confirming your registration. The day before your class, you will receive an email reminder containing all the class details.
