What You’ll Need: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind.

Gentle, Supportive Movement for Stiffness, Pain, and Fatigue
This 60-minute Zoom class is designed for people with arthritis, chronic pain, or limited mobility. Whether you're managing symptoms or just want to move more comfortably, you'll find a welcoming, accessible practice that meets you where you are.
Each 6-week series explores a theme, such as joint health, balance, or relaxation. Classes combine gentle seated and standing poses, with chair options always available.
What You’ll Need: A sturdy chair, a yoga mat, and a willingness to go at your own pace.

Strength, Balance, and Mobility from Your Seat
Improve joint mobility, strength, balance, and posture—all from the comfort of your chair. Ideal for those who prefer not to get up and down from the floor, this accessible practice offers a slower pace while gently building strength and confidence.
Each session includes both seated and supported standing poses using a chair for stability. With plenty of modifications provided, you’ll be able to move safely and comfortably at your own pace, no matter your experience or ability level.

Because your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, clients are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice when cancelling an appointment, at which time the appointment can be rescheduled at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full session rate.
