Yoga with Weights for Strength & Stability

This 30-minute class combines gentle yoga with light hand weights to help you build strength, improve balance, and support bone health. Designed for adults 50+, this practice is short, accessible, and effective — no experience required.

You’ll enjoy:

  • Improved strength and muscle tone
  • Better balance and posture
  • Functional movement to support everyday life

What You’ll Need: A yoga mat and a set of light hand weights (1–3 lbs is fine).

  • Sign up and pay directly on this site with a credit card
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link
  • Class reminders will be sent the day before and one hour before class
  • The Zoom room opens 15 minutes early — join us for a little social time!
  • All classes are recorded. Replays are available with a class package.
