Gentle Yoga for Healthy Aging

Mondays, 4:30–5:30 PM (ET)

Stay Strong, Flexible & Balanced

Maintain strength, flexibility, and balance as you age with a yoga practice designed to support whole-body wellness. Each class blends gentle movement, breathwork, and functional poses to enhance bone health, mobility, and mental clarity.

Offered in 6-week thematic series — such as balance, respiratory health, or bone strength — this accessible class provides modifications for all levels and supports you in moving with greater ease, confidence, and resilience.

💲Cost: $102 for 6-week series • $24 drop-in

What You’ll Need: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Sign up for your class below by searching for the start date of the series you wish to attend. You can pay with a credit card OR via Venmo (@wisdomtreeyoga).

2. You’ll receive an email confirming your registration. The day before your class, you will receive an email reminder containing all the class details.
