
Strength, Balance, and Mobility from Your Seat
This 60-minute Zoom class is ideal if you prefer not to get up and down from the floor but still want to build strength, stability, and confidence.
Each 6-week series explores a theme such as balance, respiratory health, or bone strength. In every class, you’ll practice a mix of seated and supported standing movements, using the chair for both comfort and stability. With modifications always available, you can move with confidence at your own pace—no matter your experience or ability.
What You’ll Need: A sturdy chair, a yoga mat, and comfortable clothing.
