The lymphatic system is an essential part of your immune system. Yoga poses, such as those in this practice, encourage the movement of lymph. This sequence features twists, standing lunges, and gentle inversions. You will need a sturdy chair, a blanket, and some wall space, like the back of a door. Enjoy!
