Soothing Sciatic Pain

This 20-minute sequence helps relieve sciatic pain caused by herniated or bulging discs, spinal stenosis, or osteoarthritis. If unable to get on the floor, you can do this lying on a bed. You will need a yoga strap.

**IMPORTANT: Should you have sharp pain or your pain worsens at any point in the practice, STOP immediately and consult your healthcare provider.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  1. Purchase the Move Well, Live Well Video Membership.
