Gentle Morning Yoga to Relieve Stiffness

It’s common to wake up feeling stiff, especially as we age or manage chronic conditions like arthritis. This short, accessible yoga practice is designed to gently wake up your body and ease stiffness in your joints and spine, so you can start your day feeling more mobile, grounded, and at ease.

The sequence includes simple movements you can do right after getting out of bed (or even while still in bed) to promote circulation, loosen tight muscles, support healthy joint function, and set a calm, energized tone for your day.
