Finding Relief from Sciatic Pain

This short practice targets sciatic pain caused by a tight piriformis muscle to bring relief. It can be done lying on the floor or a bed to care for your lower back and hips. You’ll need 2-3 blankets or bed pillows.

Important note: If you are experiencing severe pain, please consult your healthcare provider before engaging in this practice.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
