This 12-minute practice begins with seated movements in a chair to open the muscles of the chest for freer breathing. Included is a gentle pranayama practice to increase lung capacity. Remember-- your breath should remain smooth, subtle, and easy throughout the practice. If you start feeling dizzy, anxious, or agitated, please stop and take a break.
