With gentle movements and a focus on breathing, this sequence helps support your nervous system so you feel more balanced and relaxed.

This practice is ideal for older adults, beginners, or anyone seeking a slower, more supportive approach to summer self-care.

What you’ll need: A bolster and two yoga blocks

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  1. Purchase the Move Well, Live Well Video Membership.
