Chair Yoga for Stronger Knees

This 15-minute chair practice focuses on strengthening the muscles that support the knees, quadriceps, hamstrings, and hip flexors. It begins with seated warm-ups for the hips and thighs, then transitions to standing strengthening exercises, and ends with a soothing self-massage for the hips and knees.
