Taught in both seated and standing positions, this class is ideal for adults 50+ seeking a consistent, low-impact way to start the day.

Move Well Mornings 6-Class Package

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

  1. Purchase a Move Well Mornings 6-Class package.
  2. Log in using your email and chosen password (top right corner of this page).
  3. Go to the Video Library and from the drop-down menu, select Morning Movement Replay Library.
  4. Scroll down to the Morning Moves Replay Library and click "Access with Package" (first-time only).
  5. Choose a class and click "View." Enjoy!
